Immersion brought to life by holograms

Thanks to an innovative scenography, the kitchens come to life before your very eyes. Around the stoves, the pots boil. The cooks bustle about, the assistants chop the vegetables while the steward keeps watch. Holograms bring to life the gestures, silhouettes and scenes of everyday life: preparing meals, managing supplies and looking after the linen. Sounds, images and atmospheres recreate a living, working space, where you can feel the intensity of an estate in full service.
